Shipping policy

Welcome to our shop! In order to let you know our distribution process, please read the following logistics policy.
1、 Delivery time
We will complete the order processing and shipment within 1-3 working days after receiving the order. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next working day.
Special note: during promotional activities or peak shopping periods (such as black five and Christmas), order processing may be delayed slightly. Please understand.
2、 Distribution scope
We currently support distribution in the following regions:
48 US states (including some overseas regions)
Canada
Britain, Germany, France and other European countries
Australia and New Zealand
Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other Asia Pacific regions
If your area does not support delivery temporarily, the system will automatically prompt you. Please contact us for more possible delivery methods.
3、 Transportation mode and freight
We use many reputable international logistics service providers (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, SF international, etc.) for distribution. Freight standard is as follows:
Standard delivery (7-15 working days):
Order over $30: Free Shipping
Order less than $50: uniformly charged $10 freight
Freight is automatically calculated based on destination and order weight and displayed during settlement.
4、 Order tracking
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the logistics bill number. You can track your package in real time through the link in the email.
If the package is not received after the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service email in time（ csail@rococojewelry.com ）, we will assist you to follow up.
5、 Customs duties and import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or tariffs, depending on the legal provisions of the country. The buyer shall bear the relevant expenses. We suggest to check with the local customs for relevant policies before purchasing.
