Regular Products

lAll products in this store are natural jadeite, one product one certificate, and support global re-inspection.

lFor welfare products below $50, no certificate is provided. If a certificate is required, an additional $5 will be provided;

lNo return or exchange will be made without quality issues (natural characteristics such as cotton wool, stone patterns, etc. are not quality issues).

Customized products

lCustomized products such as engraving, buckle replacement, polishing, and inlay are not returnable.

Returns due to quality issues

lDeadline: Apply within 7 days after receipt.

Delivery time: 7 days-10 days

Requirements: Provide a quality problem certificate issued by an authoritative appraisal agency (such as cracks, undeclared dyeing, etc.);

Free service (round-trip postage is required)

l Lifetime free braiding, cleaning, refurbishment of silver jewelry and inlay maintenance.

Personalized service (extra charge required)

l Processing services such as engraving, polishing, welding, buckle replacement, etc. (fees will be quoted separately based on demand).

Shipping policy

Free shipping for orders over $99, $10 shipping fee for orders under $99.

Tax policy

lRemote areas of the United States: Alaska and Hawaii charge $30 tax, and other areas charge $15 tax.

Return and exchange process

lRequired to provide: order number, physical picture of the product, appraisal certificate and complete packaging;

lSubmit application → Customer service review → Return and exchange can only be done after the returned product is inspected and accepted;

Freight: The return and exchange freight caused by the buyer's personal reasons (such as choosing the wrong size) shall be borne by the buyer.

Precious jewelry: It is recommended to record an unboxing video for high-priced jade products as a dispute resolution certificate.
